Anyone can fall victim to a scam, but older people can be at greater risk; according to research carried out in 2017 for Age UK, almost 5 million people aged 65+ in the UK believed they had been targeted by scammers. Sadly, elderly people are more vulnerable from scammers.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and worried by bleak statistics of global pollution and climate change but while the younger generation will be most impacted by the situation, there’s no reason why all of us shouldn’t start to lead a greener lifestyle too.

Prince Philip’s car crash earlier this year sparked a debate around the safety of elderly drivers. According to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA) the risk of being involved in a car accident increases after the age of 70 and is even higher in drivers over the age of 80.  Prince Philip was 97 when he was forced to admit defeat and hand over the keys to his car.
