Care Staff – No Transport Required
We’re looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our close-knit care team. There are plenty of flexible working patterns available that can fit around family life, studying, or maybe those individuals that have semi-retired and want to have a good work life balance. We value our staff so also offer the best rates of pay in the local area.
Having your own transport is not essential as this position will cover a small geographical area, and we have several areas in Tunbridge Wells where we are looking to place staff.
In this role you will visit the same group of clients, who remain living in their own homes, and support them with various aspects of their daily lives. These are things that we do for ourselves, family and friends every day, but when you are unwell, elderly or don’t have family or friends that can help, you sometimes need someone able to step in to make life easier.
You will need:
- Training – we will provide this
- Uniform – we can also provide this
- A DBS application – we will fund this
- PPE – all our staff are issued with PPE which they are required to wear when working
We’re an incredibly dedicated and welcoming team and we’re looking for a naturally caring and compassionate person with a warm and friendly personality to join us.
It’s essential you are someone who is reliable as people will be relying on your daily visits. Being a carer is a vocation not just a job which is why our staff are special. If you have previous experience in similar roles, that is always welcomed, but don’t forget if you have raised a family or looked after an elderly relative or a friend that is all experience too, and we will support anyone coming into care with a thorough induction and training programme.
